My teacher is creeping me out?

so first me teacher is being really mean with me, then all of a sudden he gives a 100 on my report card, and i just shockes D: now he keeps saying that my clothes are too tight and they need to be removes and he send me to the change room and he made me wear some stupid ripped shirt and really really tight shorts. now i am walking with my freidns and the mall and he was there and were like omg its mr carter wat should we do and we tryed to run and he sawus and i know this was purpose he spilled coffee al over my shirt and then he said kk il fix it and in the middle of the mall hes like ripping my shirt off and i scream just get away from me and hes like watch tomorrow at school missy now im scared :(

Reply:This teacher needs to be reported and the best place to start is with your parents. Explain to them exactly what is happening with no exagerration of any sort (this is important since this is a legal matter). Your parents will definately need to report this to the school and allow the school to handle it. If the school doesn't seem to help, request that they at least allow you to switch out of this teachers class. Also, avoid him on your own and don't go near him without having other friends around.
Reply:You have to tell someone. Tell the principal or another teacher or a parent or someone! If your friends witnessed it then you have to tell someone. This teacher has NO right to touch you EVER! In school or out of school! HE IS A PERV! He is also breaking the law and being a perv. You have to tell someone. If you come forward and say this then most likely more girls who were too scared to come forward before will come forward as well.
