What is this creeping groundcover called? *Photos*?

It's spreads moderately fast... Any idea what it is?

What is this creeping groundcover called? *Photos*?
I believe that would be Euonymus fortunei 'Coloratus'

Thinking you live in PA or NY from all you great photos. Northerners use that vine a lot on the rocky slopes around their homes. Caution, very invasive, will take over. Makes nice hanging baskets. Will bloom blue/lavender simple flowers.
