Why is my brother always creeping around?
Hard to know since you haven't given much information to understand what is going on.
Reply:well maybe beacuse he wants to hang out with you or somethting or maybe he likes you:P

How old is he? Has he ever threatened you before? Are your parents aware of your fear of him and/or that he is creeping around?
Reply:Probably an age thing - people do odd things sometimes when they're growing up.
