You really need to tell him to back off. And make it know to your boss and supervisor that this guy is bothering you. Stand up for yourself and do it. As long as you allow this to continue it will get out of control. Let the police know of this guy and his unwanted attention, the more people that you tell the safer you will be. And do not feel sorry if this guy loses his job, better the stalker than you, he may have done this be for. Just be first to tell him that his advances are not welcomed and your saying something to your superiors, then follow through.
Reply:First, tell him to stop, because it is creeping you out. Then if he does not stop, talk to your supervisor. There are laws about harrassement at work, and you will not get in trouble for reporting him. If the problem still goes on, you could ask to be transfered to a different Pizza Hut in the area....or maybe change your hours.....or see if they can have the other guy transfered since he's the problem and he has a car probably and easier for him ot move to a new place.
Reply:I do believe that this could be defined as harassment if you are offended by it. My company had a sexual harassment class and the point that was made over and over is that it is harassment if it is PERCEIVED as harassment. The fact that his behavior has advanced from little remarks to him knowing how to clock you in is a problem. I would definitely tell him that what he is doing bothers you. And if he doesn't stop, go to your supervisor. Sometimes it's just a matter that the problem needs to be addressed to the individual, and then they stop.
Reply:First report it to your supervisor. The next time he calls you a pet name tell him "I really don't like you calling me pet names. This is a place of business and it not appropriate" If he continues report him again. It could be considered harassement.
Reply:your the last person who should be leaving your job. ask him politely to stop and explain you enjoy a good laugh but its too personal. if that dosent work take it up with your boss or union.

then tell him you know a six foot baseball player whos gonna knock him out if he dosent act his age.
