This guy at school is creeping me out...help?

Okay, I am a freshman in high school.In my class, there is this guy who is always trying to talk to me, always sits by me and is trying to talk to me, and several times,when I was on the floor and I held my arms out for my friends to help me up, and he grabbed my hands and helped me up instead.I always see him looking at me and it really bugs me.He always takes my backpack and hands it to me, not to anyone else.Whenever I see him in the halls he tries to talk to me. It is so obvious he has a crush on me, my friend even asked what he thought of me and he said he liked me.Heres the really sick part: he's a senior.He's 18, and I'm 14.Also, he really creeps me out and stuff. Also, this might sound bad, but I don't like dumb guys.I like my guys to be smart and well informed.He's 18 and he is still in Algebra, he's in Math class with one of my freshman friends! I'm already in Geometry, I'm kinda smarter than him.That's another reason I don't like him. I'll continue the question below

Reply:Wow, that's an uncomfortable situation. You should probably try to subtly give him the hint that you don't like him, as opposed to weird things that may be turn-ons instead of turn-offs considering his creepy nature. You know, like whenever you see him coming start talking to friends, and refuse help from him when he offers it in such ridiculous circumstances. Maybe say "okay I don't need you to give me my backpack, it's 2 feet away from me" or something like that.
Reply:i think some one likes u, he wouldn't be doing that stuff if he didn't. try not to pay any attention to him if your not interested. try doing things yourself before he can do them for u, give him the cold shoulder if u really don't like him just let him know your not interested in him. but u may want to give him a chance he doesn't sound that creepy to me.
Reply:I would tell him that you have a crush on somebody at a different school and that you are happy that you are friends. Tell him that it seems like he is like a brother to you. Maybe then he'll realize you're never gonna hook up with someone that you feel is like you brother.
Reply:just tell him your not interested, or tell him about a fake crush, ignore him, pretend (actually that one usually turns guys on). the best on would probably be to act repulsed when you're around him.
