Creeping angle closure glaucoma, a disease entity or patogenesis ??

In most cases of angle closure glaucoma there is asymmetric closure involving first the superior angle, but there can also be an even circumferential closure that slowly progresses symmetrically. This is sometimes called "creeping angle closure" and appears as an angle that becomes progressively more shallow over time. So the answer is pathogenesis of acute angle closure glaucoma.
