Okay, I am a freshman in high school.In my class, there is this guy who is always trying to talk to me, always sits by me and is trying to talk to me, and several times,when I was on the floor and I held my arms out for my friends to help me up, and he grabbed my hands and helped me up instead.I always see him looking at me and it really bugs me.He always takes my backpack and hands it to me, not to anyone else.Whenever I see him in the halls he tries to talk to me. It is so obvious he has a crush on me, my friend even asked what he thought of me and he said he liked me.Heres the really sick part: he's a senior.He's 18, and I'm 14.Also, he really creeps me out and stuff. Also, this might sound bad, but I don't like dumb guys.I like my guys to be smart and well informed.He's 18 and he is still in Algebra, he's in Math class with one of my freshman friends! I'm already in Geometry, I'm kinda smarter than him.That's another reason I don't like him. I'll continue the question below

You should probably try to subtly give him the hint that you don't like him, as opposed to weird things that may be turn-ons instead of turn-offs considering his creepy nature. You know, like whenever you see him coming start talking to friends, and refuse help from him when he offers it in such ridiculous circumstances. Maybe say "okay I don't need you to give me my backpack, it's 2 feet away from me" or something like that.
Reply:i think some one likes u, he wouldn't be doing that stuff if he didn't. try not to pay any attention to him if your not interested. try doing things yourself before he can do them for u, give him the cold shoulder if u really don't like him just let him know your not interested in him. but u may want to give him a chance he doesn't sound that creepy to me.
Reply:I would tell him that you have a crush on somebody at a different school and that you are happy that you are friends. Tell him that it seems like he is like a brother to you. Maybe then he'll realize you're never gonna hook up with someone that you feel is like you brother.
Reply:just tell him your not interested, or tell him about a fake crush, ignore him, pretend (actually that one usually turns guys on). the best on would probably be to act repulsed when you're around him.

Reply:Well you can block their e-mails. Sending one back would be stupid because then she is getting a reaction out of you and then it could get out of hand.

Edit: You could print out every e-mail she sends you and take them down to the police station and see if there is grounds for internet harassment or a restraining order?
Or just open up a new e-mail account and only give the address to trusted friends and family.

I want to kiss a girl but i can't risk creeping her out.?
Im going to be seeing someone who i have never met in person, we have been talking a lot, mostly online. Im flying across the country to go see some shows with her. I will be staying with her at her parent's home for a week. But i am still not sure if she wants to be more than just friends. I want to kiss on new years at times square, (she wants to go with me) but that is only going to be about 2 days after i meet her in person. I have never been in a relationship before and i have never even kissed a girl before. The problem i have with kissing her is that i have never kissed a girl before and risking the chance that she will be creeped out because she seems like the kind of person who is creeped out easily. If i do creep her out, im worried that i would not have a place to stay for the rest of my trip but also because i love her and i dont want to mess it up. I havent told her i love her or like her because i dont want to creep her out after spending spending 700 dollars on the trip.

The twins i babysit for are six monthes and the girl is trying to creep but the boy isnt. Is that nomal and how old will they be when they start or try to crawl?

Different babies develop at different rates. It doesn't mean anything is wrong. For instance, some children walk at 9 months, some don't walk until 15 months, but they all end up walking in the end. As long as he is functioning in the developmentally appropriate range, than he is fine. And it is FINE that he isn't creeping. 6 months is early for creeping - just means your daughter is a bit ahead of the curve, your son is not behind! Dont worry.

HELP! There's this guy at school who is nice, but he's been scaring me lately. He is always waiting by my locker, which creeps my bf out. Hes also always trying to touch me. I used to work at a daycare and we saw it at all ages. I had a child who was 15 months and just refused to try to walk. She crawled everywhere. One day she just stood up and walked. I also had a child who, at 9 months, would try to scoot for the longest time unsuccesfully, then began to 1/2 walk with one leg straight and the other kind of dragging to catch up and using her hands as balance. Six to seven months is not too young to begin to try to scoot, and from the time they begin to scoot, it doesn't usually take too long to being full out crawling. Also, some babies just don't crawl. Doctors are saying that since "lay babies on their backs to sleep" became the norm, many babies dislike being on their bellies and in turn, choose to skip the crawling phase.

I am a female I live alone...how can I stop the mexicans next door from creeping around my house after dark?
I do not know what to do...every since they moved in next door, it never fails, about 11:00p.m. every night almost, they start creeping around on my property. It makes my dog go crazy! I have tried everything, I have even turned the dog out on them! Nothing works. Needless to say calling the cops doesn't work...what are they doing? what do they want? How can I make them go away?

Calling the city cops is worthless. If you live in a city with an FBI office, call them. Maybe you should try calling a county cop, also. Are they living in rented property? If so, call the owner. They are probably illegals. Take pictures of them, or capture them on a camcorder. Put a no tresspassing sign in your yard. That way, they are in sure violation of the law if they step onto your property. I would be very leary of them.They are nothing but TROUBLE!

Elsewhere in the Bible it says that God never changes. The statement that God is unchanging is pervasive throughout the Bible.
My question is this: Could it be that Genesis is mistaken about God changing his mind here?
I prefer to believe that God is unchanging; moreover, that he knows what he is doing. Not a God that creates life and later gets disgusted and intends to destroy it. (Also, whatever did the creeping things and birds do wrong? Why destroy them too?)

God didn't change his mind, because he didn't erase man but continued with his original plan of man. That is a continuation. He was grieved by mens actions. So there is surface change but not ultimate change, the plan will continue.

Reply:Thanks for the question my friend. I just reread Genesis 6. The thoughts that come to mind are; God is unchanging in that He will turn away and eventually destroy all that is evil. Upon Noah's gaining favor with the Father, Merciful God that He is, He has no desire destroy that which is good. (Even if that which is good was bad before and repented!)To me it's more like Noah saved humanity, not that God changed His mind.

My position is that we must accept and deal with the concepts presented to us in scripture and not run to or readily accept greek or just general philosophical concepts of God. It is my opinion that we cannot judge God that way or even scripture, because most philosophical concepts about God , think in this way: "What is most worthy of God, or what is not worthy of God"
To me such guiding principles do not lead to truth but to a predetermined outcome based upon mens ideas of what should be, trying to protect the image of God in their own minds and the minds of tothers, and they therefore feel pious and justified in doing so, since there motives are pure in their own eyes.

Reply:Thanks for the question my friend. I just reread Genesis 6. The thoughts that come to mind are; God is unchanging in that He will turn away and eventually destroy all that is evil. Upon Noah's gaining favor with the Father, Merciful God that He is, He has no desire destroy that which is good. (Even if that which is good was bad before and repented!)To me it's more like Noah saved humanity, not that God changed His mind.

I see this girl in the local library every once in a while. We never talk to each other or have friends in common and we don't go to the same school but we live in the same town. It is a creeping weed that looks like a jade with fairly thick stems. The stems are kinda flesh colored/pinkish. It covers ground really fast and is the bane of my garden.

This is not the supposed creators only failure. The bible says that god does not tempt man...then why was the "evil" tree of knowledge in the garden? He allowed sin to enter the world. If he is omnipotent, did he really not know the snake was spreading his game around? How many Jews sacrificed animals to "cleanse" themselves of sin without the promised results? How many nations were wiped out due to 'gods' command? The bible is a load of crap. The greatest lie ever sold. Well written atrocities with a built in safety net for convenience and continuance.

Now why God didn't let the mosquitoes go the way of the dinosaurs is beyond me, they must have hitched a ride on one of the buffalo. Some of the animals may have split off into other genus as well, there wouldn't have needed to be two of every kind of cat we know today, only a few pairs of different cats. Cats have been altered by human crossbreeding so it is highly possible they did so on their own after the ark landed. Same for dogs and birds, etc.
Since God was repenting for all that became polluted he must have decided the creatures we don't like were necessary to maintain some sort of balance here on the earth. Lions eat the zebra so they don't overpopulate. Birds eat bugs, snakes eat frogs and bugs, and as morbid as this may sound the bugs and germs that cause us illness have prevented mankind from overpopulating the world to the point there is not enough food for any of us.
That is my take on it but I am certainly no college educated expert it is just bits and pieces of info I have picked up over the last forty years.

we just moved into a new house just a couple days ago, and the people who lived there before never took care of the yard for the full year it was for sale, so there's weeds all over and only been mowed once so far this summer. the whole yard has creeping charlie, and I'e been finding out it's really hard to get rid of. we have lot's of work to do, any suggestions?

this guy i DO NOT like at all has liked me for atleast 5 years. I don't want to be a jerk about it but its really annoying.. he stares its so obvious!! and he always walks really slow infront of me for whatever reason. I want to let him know i dont like him and that he should like someone else! im friends with some of the people he hangs around so i might get one of them to tell him i dont like him, BUT i already did and even one of them said id get a restraining order against him!! and he STILL wont stop looking. I used Bayer last year and I will be using it again this June. As I said, read the label, or ask a pro at a garden center or greenhouse NOT HOME DEPOT OR LOWE'S

I heard a guy say once that"Men will kill for ego sooner than they will kill for money."
A guy who feels uncomfortable talking to women for some reason will find another way to get them to notice him. Your approach seems valid.

Sometimes chicks overreact and get creeped out when a guy is staring out the window of a bus and they think hes staring at them. Being immature, the only thing i ever got out of it was a laugh from my friends.

Time for you to locate the cause
Reply:1. Check the pointing between the bricks on your outside walls.
2. Buy a dehumidifier (you can pick them up 2nd hand if you're strapped for cash!) and keep it on 24hrs a day for a week or two. You should soon see a difference.
3. Heat the rooms as well as you can afford. Keeping the place warm and dry will help.
Hope these few comments will help you to cure the problem quickly. Nothing so horrible as damp and mould!

In the end I took a long weekend and the two worst rooms (bathroom and bedroom) and stripped them out.... Caprets wallpapaer furniture everything, took down the wallpaper and then went WAY over the top with fungicide, and then bleach. I threw out the damp carpets and put up with bare floor rather than the poor health the damp and mould was causing.
I found that I had a lot of clutter under my bed and around the furniture which was stopping any airflow around the flat reaching behind things like the sofa, so I de-junked and made sure my furniture and bed etc had room to let air flow around,behind and under them. I used a cheap electric fan for an hour a day in each room to just blow air about, and left the extractor fan on to draw the damp air out.... it took about three months but the place dried slowly out. then I redecorated and moved.
Reply:Bleach or mould remover will stop mould growing: it may need to be reapplied frequently. Electric dehumidifiers are not too expensive but the blocks that absorb water are fairly useless.
Reply:you could treat it with sugar soap which means you need to get down to the affected area, you could also line the part of the wall with aluminium foil then re wall paper this trick has worked for my ma.

Ventilation and spray on mould killer from any DIY store should do the trick. Before spraying on clean area with bleach./

Are you by chance using a SuperSer bottled heater, if you are then that is the reason for the mould as butane produces 1.1 times its own weight of water in the form of water vapour., I have experienced many properties in similar circumstances to yours
Reply:Looks like you meant the mold are located at the external portion of your high rise building
Have you noticed technicians using chemicals to clean air con units?
Use them to spray at even unreachable areas
It's effective for quite a long time
Time for you to locate the cause
Reply:1. Check the pointing between the bricks on your outside walls.
2. Buy a dehumidifier (you can pick them up 2nd hand if you're strapped for cash!) and keep it on 24hrs a day for a week or two. You should soon see a difference.
3. Heat the rooms as well as you can afford. Keeping the place warm and dry will help.
Hope these few comments will help you to cure the problem quickly. Nothing so horrible as damp and mould!
Reply:spray it with bleach, wear a mask, do not put water on the walls this will only breed it more. make sure room is totally dry. turn fans on heaters on leave wiondows open. and be careful using the bleach. its very toxic but kills the mold spores. mold is also very toxic and can make you sick an d even effect you later in very bad ways

Reply:Mould is a real heath hazard. You could try cleaning the areas with bleach. But honestly for your healths sake either get a professional in or move out.

Reply:you need to check youre roof , gutters,or any pipes that run above or in close proximity.as you live in a high rise the damp problemwill unlikely bcoming from below.ask people you know for the name of agood local builder.if you dont own your place,it may be your landlords responsability.check your contract.once solved dry out with humidifier. rub black off with a dry cloth.dont wet.hope this helps.

How do I get rid of creeping charlie,I have dogs and don,t want to use poisons?
I have been pulling it out but it seems the more i pull the more i get,maybe i should just have a lawn of creeping charlie.

Aha, one of my favorite menace plants. Pulling the stuff up by the handfuls is the first step. Try to follow the vine. Slowly lift a piece and use a butterknife under the dirt to follow the vine so you get the whole plant. Or just pull it out by the handful, Get as many out by hand as you can before they flower. Each little purple head produces many seeds. Now there are two things that work...spraying the plants with stale beer or spraying the plants with a mixture of boric acid and water. Use about one taplespoon per cup. You can get boric acid at the pharmacy. It will not hurt your dogs and it will not kill grass. I used to enlist the kids who I could convince that ripping up creeping charley was fun. The didnt believe me for long but they did rip up a lot of the creeping charley. The stuff you rip up ,bag or burn. Do not let it just lay in a pile around the yard because the little creeps are hardy and will try and root and seed again even though they have been pulled up. It took me a year to two to get rid of all of it but my yard was 85% creeping charley.

Reply:Pulling it up is the WORST solution. Any root you leave behind creates more. Why are you so against herbicides? Do you realize that as soon as they are dry, the are COMPLETELY harmless? I have a dog, and spray trimec all the time. I just make sure he doesn't go out for about 1/2 hour.

Reply:The good thing about ground ivy - or creeping charlie as you call it, is that it does work pretty well as a ground cover to crowd out other weeds that may be even less desirable. It is easier to pull out than tougher weeds, looks pretty when it is in bloom and is actually a medicinal herb besides. Definitely preferable to poisons.

Do NOT use BORAX... an over amount of boron in the soil will permanently damage the soil and nothing will grow there ever again. it's better to have the creeping charlie than have damaged your soil which if your dogs ingest it it will kill them too. I mix it with sugar on a paper plate to get rid of ants.
