Working on my garden, I can't find a site to buy Golden Creeping Jenny seeds. (Lysimachia nummularia , 'Aurea')(Goldilocks).
I want to buy Golden Creeping Jenny seeds, any good site?
Three places to get it are Pondmart, Ebay and blujay.com. The cheapest is Pondmart @ $10.00.
Reply:I love the creeping jenny that's in my yard, but it is considered a noxious weed almost everywhere. Mostly it's sold as a plant. If any of your neighbors have it, pick a small slip and just drop in on the ground and you'll soon have more than you need. Truth be told, I would probably refuse to give any to my neighbors because I keep mine confined to a small area, but you have to stay right on top of it ir you'll soon be the terror of the neighborhood.

What do i do about him? He is creeping me out.?
I am 15 and this guy is also 15. At the beginning of this school semester i switched into a new class and this guy in there was always staring at me and stuff. Pretty soon we all became friends but he would always grab my waist and pull me to him, and grab my arms and not let me go. (He is really strong.) During class he would try to sneak pictures of me on his phone and stuff, even when i told him to stop. He soon started calling me and one day he asked me out. I told him no, because i just liked him as a friend. I told him all the stuff he was doing that was creeping me out, but he just kept asking me why i didn't like him. He then started to try to sweet talk me. After that we didn't talk for a couple of days. Now he is back to talking to me and now he grabs my waist again, and talks about smacking my butt. I don't know what to do anymore. He kind of creeps me out. I am not giving him any hints that i like him at all. He said he didn't like me anymore, but i think he still does.
What do i do about him? He is creeping me out.?
You have already told him NO more than you need to, now it falls into one or two catagories...(below)..when he grabs you again kick him in the shins or stomp on the top of his foot and Yell NO! . He should quit if he knows what's good for him. Do NOT take this abuse any longer. If he doesn't stop kick him again and say STOP! at the top of your lungs! if he doesn't this time go straight to the office and tell someone what he is doing. If they don't do anything go to the phone and call police. It's your right and responsibility to protect yourself from bullies such as this. It's actually assult and batterty and possibly attemped rape if he does not stop. do not tell him this stuff though. Just do what you need to do. Of course you should tell your [parent(s) what is going on and what you intend to do and hopefully they will back you on it. Maybe they will even come to the school and talk to someone...I'll doubt they will do anything bc he wasn't caught doing it, so you decide if you want to tell your parent(s) yet. Do it anyway if he touches you again; it's your personal safety, space and body you are protecting.
Reply:if he is hot go out with him. but i understand what you mean. i have a friend who does the same thing but i know that he is just playing around. guys are weird. but you just have to trust them. and if it gets worst just tell the pricipal.sorry if this doesn't help that much Report It
Reply:Tell him you don't like him, and tell him to stop touching you. And if it gets too out of hand, Tell a teacher or a counselor...or get your schedule changed at school..
Reply:ignore him and try to stay as far away from him as possible
Reply:You can go to the principal's office and tell them that you know this guy that is always touching you and won't leave you alone. If he says that he doesn't like you then why is he still tiuching you i mean your waist. He seems very outgoing. He doesn't seem polite and not very respectful that we might say. Just tell him to stop or you will tell an adult. Or ask a girl that likes him to try to make him like her by being by him all the time and to tell him that she likes him. Probably that will get him off your back for a while. Or get a boyfriend that will protect you from him. That is with you during the whole class periods.
Reply:Tell him one last time that if he doesn't leave you alone, then you are going to start getting other people involved, because he is creeping you out. If he doesn't quit after that, then tell your parents, your teacher, your counselor, and the principal. Every time he does something wrong after that, make a note of the date and what happened in a notebook. What he is doing could be considered "cute" and "harmless", but it could also be considered "bullying" or "sexual harassment". Don't take it if you don't want to.
Reply:He said he doesnt like u u gotta trust him on that
Reply:smack him n tell him to get a life.
Reply:Go away from him!
He is obsess with you!!!And if he doesn't stop talk with a teacher.
Don't let him grap your wrist, because if you let him he will think that you like him!
Reply:You should slap him straight in the face in front of your whole class. He wont bother you because the teacher would know then and the kids in your class would back you up....If he could do all that **** to you, then he deserves a punch or slap.......he has no RIGHT of messing with you!! Tell him that "who the **** do you think you are?'' You aint my man so why are you doing this??

How do I cut back creeping phlox after flowering?
I am new to planting and everything says to cut back the foliage on creeping phlox after flowering to help the phlox grow better and bloom more, Can someone explain to me what part to cut and how much? Thanks!
How do I cut back creeping phlox after flowering?
Phlox is like an expanding mat. It will spread out and the edges will eventually root in place. You can simply pick up the outside edges and trim them back, pulling up any roots if it exists. Phlox is very invasive and will take over an area killing anything else growing there so you will have to control it through trimming. In early/late summer just trim the edges back to the place where you want it to 'be' next year and it will be fine.
In my opinion cutting is NOT needed to grow better or bloom more due to the prolific invasiveness of this plant.
Reply:You usually cut back the dead leaves to new growth. You can use shears just to trim the tops off. If the growth looks good just cut the old dead flower heads.

How to get rid of creeping charlie???
We used weed killer to get it out of our lawn, but it's completely choking the ground in our bushes, which are all around our yard's perimeter. Pulling it by hand is worthless; it just grows back. UGH! How do we kill off the creeping charlie without killing off our bushes?
How to get rid of creeping charlie???
I got a product with trimec and it worked. The charlie isn't completely gone, but much less than last year. It should only be sprayed in June when the plants are in full flower and growing well. You need 2 applications. I used the Bayer product. The trimec is the secret. Garden centers and greenhouses have many to choose from.
Reply:Small infestations can be controlled through hand weeding; repeated weeding is required because the plant is rhizomatous and will continue to spread from its roots or bits of stem which reroot.
Glechoma is unusually sensitive to boron, and can be killed by applying Twenty-Mule-Team Borax (sodium tetraborate) in solution. The ratio is eight to ten ounces of Borax dissolved in four ounces of warm water, diluted to 2.5 U.S. gallons of final solution, to be sprayed evenly over precisely 1,000 square feet (100 m²) of lawn "no more, no less". Note that despite being a "natural" treatment, boron is toxic to other plants and to animals at only slightly higher concentrations and, being an element, does not break down; therefore the long term effects of this technique on soil or groundwater, although not well documented, can be assumed to be unfavorable.
Reply:creeping charlie...dud that sounds so awesome xD
Reply:spray roundup close to the ground on a windless day

Can anyone identify the pink creeping flowers found in the Waterlily House at Kew Royal Botanic Gardens?
The pink flowers are found in the Kew's Waterlily house creeping round the railings around the edge of the Pond.
I want to know the species/latin name of the plant.
See http://www.lindenparker.com/stuff/pinkfl... for a photo of the flowers.
Thanks.

How do I kill creeping bentgrass?
My lawn is starting to get over-run by creeping bentgrass which is immune to Roundup and any other weed killer I know of. The bentgrass looks ok during the growing season but turns completely brown in the winter months. I just have large patches of it so far so I would like not to plow up the whole yard and start over. And even that probably would not get rid of the bentgrass.
How do I kill creeping bentgrass?
One question...
Are you sure it is creeping bentgrass?
From your description, it sounds like a Zoysia grass.
Zoyzia grass exhibits the browning in the cooler months and loves summer months.
Either way, you have a problem.
Their is not an y easy way to selectively kill bentgrass or zoysia grass.
Non Selective controls like Round-up are the only way to go. It will also kill anyother grasses in there too.
Some advice (Dont worry,I'm a professional %26amp; have done this successfully):
Non selective weed control products dont work very well when the target plant isn't actively growing. If you have are spraying, you need to make sure it is in the active growing season.
Make Sure you are using a good concentrated Round up you can mix yourself (at the proper rates) instead of a ready mix trigger bottle.
For either type of invading unwanted grass, I have sprayed 2-3 times to make sure to kill it all. After 1 week, I respray, and maybe 1 more time depending. This is important, because if you leave just a bit of a root or rhyzome in the soil, it regrows back.
After 2-3 times spraying , it is best to spade it out if it is a small area. If not, you may cut it low(the dead grass) and seed into it with an overseeder, or rent a sod cutter after a week of you last spray job.
Make sure you properly seed your lawn afterword.
Some seeding tips here
http://doyourownlawncare.wordpress.com/2...
You must be diligent with these creeping grasses.
After seeding and you have grass, keep an eye out for any invaders while mowing next year. If you see a small cup size spot appear, just give it a tiny shot of ROund-up (one of the only times I recommend spraying round up in a lawn). If sprayed while it is 3 inches in diameter, youll never notice the tiny dead spot and you will be on top of any new invaders for years to come.
Hope it helps...
Reply:tear out all of the grass u dont want and take something to dig a hole. dig a hole and put seeds in there. do the rest wit d other part of da lawn. i did dis before.
Reply:Use Roundup more than once as the previous answer states. Squirt some dishwashing liquid in your sprayer with the Roundup and it will work better.
